Order Status

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email on info@facesotearth.com within one hour of your purchase & we can process your cancellation before it ships out. 

Can I change or modify my shipping address after purchase?

If you wish to change your address, please notify us via email on info@facesotearth.com within one hour of your purchase. Once orders are shipped out, we are no longer able to modify your address. 

I haven't received my confirmation email, what do I do?

If you are unable to locate your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still cannot find the email, please contact info@facesotearth.com

How do I check my order status?

If you do not have an account, please create one using the email from your last order.
